4evermore4Hello - my son has a school project on Blarney Castle and we have been searching the Internet for information. We found your Castle Quest site to be extremely helpful and now have a good idea of what the OUTER WALLS of Blarney look like, but he plans to make a model with a wall that pulls away to reveal what the inside of the castle looks like. We expect it will be a "crude" replica, but would like to get a general idea of the layout of each floor - including how the staircase(s) is situated. Any ideas? I thank you in advance for your help or guidance!
PaulHello, there is a small diagram available at http://www.blarneycastle.ie/illustrations.asp?lang=en

Paul.

4evermore4Paul,
Thank you for your very quick response! Yes, I had seen that link in a response to a previous question. It's a little hard to decipher - was hoping for something not so "3-D"!

May I e-mail you directly?

PaulHello, that diagram is all that I can find at the moment but I'll keep looking.
My e-mail address is in my profile.

Regards,

Paul.
